June 4, 2018, update: I have several dvd collections from beachbody and in my humble opinoin streaming is excellent and less complicated then dvds. Furthermore, multiple choice of workouts and trainers at your fingertips. Excellent, Fantastic. Have streamed multiple workouts. Streaming beachbody workout is definitely my method of choice. Good luck with installing.

I was thinking of purchasing extra sets. My husband & I both are gonna do this together. I have a lot of weight to loose & thought this miht be a better option to get the food lined up ahead of time. $10.95 I’m only 4 days into my 21 Day Fix, and while I like the program so far, it seems like the veggie portions are small. I agree, it is eye opening to see what’s recommended for healthy fats and I was overdoing that, but I feel hungry and would like to eat more veggies. Is anyone else thinking this?

Hi Emma, It is way to early to be making adjustments. Just keep with it and follow the program and you will get results. Our body weights can fluctuate 1-5 pounds a day. I actually don’t recommend weighing yourself more than once a week. Bethany

Yes, they were not 80 unique workouts, as each phase had same movements repeated with different reps. Still, I did look forward to the workouts each day and the challenge of finishing an 80-day program.

You will find a variety of 21 Fix meal ideas for you to add to your weekly meal planning menu. You'll find full detailed recipes. I've found recipes for pancakes, tacos, spaghetti, stir fry, dressing, granola, and tomato soup. (Just to name a few!) You'll also be able to find new diy recipes day by day. They are all over the internet.
Expect a lot of fun during the period of 21 days. For example: I am a 28 year old, 5’1″, 172lb female with no physical activity. Based on the Mayo clinic’s calculator, my recommended caloric intake is 1550 – what you would call starvation. It isn’t unless I am engaging in moderate-heavy physical activity on a regular basis would it be healthy for me to intake over 2000 calories. And I’m not running any marathons right now…
