I'm on day 63, so there's no turning back. I'll finish it and NEVER do it again. I see no results and honestly, I see no changes in any of the participants in the videos (but they started out with ideal bodies anyway). I can't wait to get back to my old buddy, Shaun T.

This isn’t necessarily a con, but I will note that you really need to have some kind of a base of fitness before starting this program. It’s not one you can go from couch potato to just hopping into from nothing in my opinion. It would be safer to do another Beachbody program, like the 21 Day Fix or something, before jumping in with 80 Day Obsession.

Sarah on January 22, 2016 7:00 pm Terms Day 22 I was doing WW for MONTHS with no success. With WW you can eat processed food as long as you count the points for it. As soon as I switched over to 21 day fix I began to lose weight immediately. Also, another problem with WW is that I was only allowed 26 points per day. Calculating that a point is about 45 calories I was only consuming 1,125 calories per day on top of spending 1-11/2 in the gym each day. That is NOT ENOUGH calories for my metabolism to function. For anyone’s to function. I went into a plateau and couldn’t lose a pound. Again, switching to clean eating with the 21 day fix program as well as increasing my caloric intake is what it took to lose weight.
For example: I changed the way I made my salads. Mine were actually still unhealthy and causing me to maintain the same weight. I actually ended up eating more NOW than I did with other diets. This is because I learned how to properly metabolize my body with the RIGHT food.
That’s funny. I am a fulltime student and mom with my youngest at four. I recently purchased TurboFire and found it a little too intense. I am thinking about getting 21 day fix now, mostly for the portion control part of it. How is the program working for you so far? I have about 15# I’d like to lose, 175-160. Thanks!

Becky You are told by the coaches that “there are 80 different workouts." So far, this is a lie. We finished the first week and when I went to preview the second week, each day has the same moves, you simply increase reps. I feel like I was misled by my coach. The timed nutrition is difficult to follow, unless you don’t work. I am very upset at how misleading this program is.

I think the best way to do this is to answer questions I commonly see in our 21 Day Fix Facebook group (come join us!). I would be remiss not to mention that the BOD app is a little flaky at times. I’m currently using an iPhone 7 ( iOS 11.3 ) and Air-playing to an AppleTV. The Airplay option is reliable only if I turn mirroring on/off, then Airplay the content. Sometimes I have to force quit the app and restart for workouts to show up at all. A little disconcerting at times. The company is fairly quick on patches so things seem to be improving as Billy the app-programmer gets occasional motivation via electrified nipple clamps.

Right now I’m on day 3 of the new 80 Day Obsession program from Autumn, this program is aimed at keeping/creating curves and toning, this one might be worth taking a look at.
