I just finished the Super Shred diet. I lost weight on the program. Have you tried Shred? If so, how would you compare the 21 Day fix to Shred?

While it’s important to recalculate your calories for Phase 2, you don’t want to change plans too often. You have to give them time to work, and you have to stick to the plan 100% before deciding that it’s not working for you. I still have more to lose but with the coaching, workouts, and encouragement, I know I will be exactly where I need to be. July 6, 2016 2 Beachbody On Demand: My Official Review! The 21 Day Fix has been a total game changer for ME personally. Before starting the 21 Day Fix program, I worked out every day. I used working out (and nursing an infant) as my excuse to eat whatever I felt like. I was still eat healthy(ish), but my portion sizes were much larger than they should have been. I was having dessert, drinking a glass of wine in the evenings and snacking after we put the kids in bed. I was going to bed feeling overstuffed with a belly ache. Facebook © 2018 I did 21 day fix. I did not see that many good results. I am not one for yoga so I would do cardio on this day. Watched everything I ate and only lost 2 lbs. I decided joining a gym and keeping watch on what I eat might work better. I am thinking of taking the food plan of the program and incorporating into my workout plan I have. I just purchased your program. I am 64 years old and have stayed around 145 most of my adult life. I always have that extra 10 lbs. I want to loose. I ate healthy but did not realize my portions were so out of control. I really like the containers because they have shown me what a portion size should be. I have been a exerciser all my life also. I did the cardio this morning, it was a good workout and I was really sweating. I have to be careful with my knees I do not have problems with them now. I have had pulled hamstrings in the past and have some arthritis.
