Its chill enough that it doesnt effect my head (chronic migra...ines). I combine it with a turbo jam and modify it for my head as well. Its a slow slow process losing weight when you have a chronic disease but having this has always helped me. My food choices have to be switched slowly too but again the ondemand has helped with that as well. Down only a few pounds in what i would say was a long period but super happy with myself. I've done Insanity, Core de Force and others a while back. Now, I'm doing a little Obsessed. However, I was a little upset when I enrolled for the On-Demand. I was given an option for a discount and a three-day refresh and it didn't process. So, I called customer service and asked them about that. Beachbody's representative gave me a different product for free which just helped her reasoning. Still, she wasn't able to honor the online program. I thought that was strange that the customer support wasn't able to assist with what I was trying to accomplish online. While their supplements are way too expensive, Beachbody has really good workouts. I did three weeks of Insanity a few years ago, but I couldn’t get down eating right, and I HATE counting calories. This program sounds great to me, plus my husband has been saying for six years now that he was going to lose weight, but never does. He weighs 300 lbs and this program is actually intriguing to him. I have a few questions. How many times a day are you supposed to eat on this plan? Is it three meals and maybe a light snack? I have a hard time eating more than two times a day so I want to know how much we’re supposed to eat in a day. I know some programs want you to eat 5-6 small meals a day. Also, my husband eats a lot.
