Day 74 I am considering trying the 21 Day Fix but I’m not sure it is right for me and my goals. I want to be healthier overall and feel better (and I think the program would easily help me do that), I also have other goals. I’m a 6’4″ and 195 lb guy. Too most people I look pretty skinny. But I am quite dissatisfied with my physique, as I look ‘skinny-fat’…skinny pretty much everywhere except my stomach. I would actually like to be about 205 lbs — flatten my stomach while building muscle in my arms, legs, shoulders, back and chest. I know I cannot achieve this in just 3 weeks, but if I continue long-term with the program, would it provide enough protein, calories and intensity in workouts to achieve these kinds of goals?
