schwip69 Telecommunications Industry 3 out of 5 stars 151 Hi Bethany – just started 21 Day Fix and am excited to lose and become more fit. Question, I am calculating my intake should be at the 2300 cal range with my current weight. Can I drop down to use say the 1800 cal range to lose faster but paying attention to how much energy I’m feeling. Or will this backfire over time by dropping to a lesser range? Seems logical to eat less calories if one feels good energy to lose faster if feeling great. Or, am I supposed to use the range where I want to weigh eventually and am thinking about this backwards. Please be specific. Thanks so much.

With that said, the 21 Day Fix is all about creating healthy eating and workout habits and once you get a good couple of weeks under your belt of following the program it starts to make sense.

I also like how the peak week at the end showed that you... can go back to workouts from the earlier phases and they will still be challenging. My eating habits had gotten out of control and I was tired as heck, not drinking enough water, etc., so I felt I needed a change. Hello, I actually use WW and this system. I just use the containers and the. Record whatever I eat as points in my tracker. It comes out close or sometimes less than, my daily points for the day. I did 2 cycles because I was trying to jump start my WW loss. I also got off track one of the weeks and don’t really know what went wrong, but I love the exercises, the modifier when needed, because Kat is a real person and not some person modifying because that’s their job for the day. I thought the containers, esp. The green, were small, but after filling them, I usually end up with too much. There are many days I do not get in my 4 vegetable servings or I will do 2 vegetable instead of a starch or carb side, which has really helped me. Point is, you can use WW with this, they can and do, work together.
See you guys tomorrow for Phase 2! It's unfortunate for me to even feel badly towards one of her workouts and feel the need to leave a review, but I needed to be honest. I would, however, be lying if I said that I did not get any results. During phase one my body started feeling better than ever, but to not enjoy the workouts as each day went on, I just didn't find it worth it. I'm on day 45 and I really just started to tune out and lose motivation.

But it primarily hits your chest. Don’t skip on this classic. Work your way up until you can do 5 sets of 20 reps with 10 seconds rest in between.
