Fantastic. Normally do insanity but got this and Autumns moves are so tough, she doesn't mess around. Didn't like it at first as used to Sean t but now I've seen results I will keep alternating my routine with this. Containers get you to where you want to be. I use them all the time.

In the past I have done many beachbody exercise programs and do enjoy working out, but I have never been able to sustain it for a variety of excuses. Does anyone think it would be worth it to start the program with only doing the nutritional part and using a bike for 10 minutes every day?
