I use the containers as a rough guide, but my biggest weakness is letting some extra healthy fats creep in (a little extra olive oil, a bit more dressing, an extra piece of cheese…). I often miss 1 of my fruit servings (it’s harder for me to get fruit in, I’m more a veggie person). I push myself with the workouts, sometimes I need to pause for a few secs before getting back in there, but I give them my honest effort.
