Hi Jennifer – depending on your weight, you will be able to eat a set number of each color container per day (ranging from 1-6 times per day). Top of the Ticket I have a love hate relationship with Beachbody, but you can only hate it so much. I saw the best results with ShaunT T25 and even earned my free shirt for completing the program. I'm currently finishing up P90x3 and although it's been tough and I haven't seen much change I'm sticking with it. When you work the program trust and believe it will work you and the results are amazing. I totally recommend using this program and using Shakeology in addition to eating good. I love looking back at my pictures and seeing 20lbs off my body.
Search form Here is a better alternative though… A dance workout from Shaun T, named Cize. I haven’t personally tried the program in its entirety, but my wife had and she is more than satisfied. She wrote an extensive review as well. Given your condition, and having in mind the fact that Cize doesn’t require of you to put any weight or pressure onto your hands, I think it would be ideal. -Am I getting at least 7 hours of sleep? Hi Tara, Yes you can continue after the 21 days, most people do multiple rounds. How the calorie brackets are tiered make this a really good program for people who do have multiple pounds to lose. Often times when people cut to many calories to soon they may lose a lot of body weight fast(not just fat tissue), but with a gradual reduction in calories along with continued exercise people are more likely to keep the weight off, plus it is usually mostly fat loss.

8 / 25 It wasn't even 30 minutes later and I felt hungry. I love fruit, but it just doesn't pass as a meal for me by itself. I just sipped my water and anxiously awaited lunch time. I couldn't do any meal prep yesterday because we had the MS Walk, so I spent some time this evening making some meals for this week. I'm excited about all of the sweet potatoes I can have because I love them! They are one of my most favorite foods on the planet. Plus they're really filling.

I first heard of it through my friend who is a coach and I had heard a lot of good things about it. It's a lifestyle and not just a diet or anything of that nature. I originally ordered Shakeology at first but I canceled it because the monetary commitment was just a little too much for me. I didn't feel that it was as good of a price and I wasn't comfortable paying that much for the shakes. But it made me look into protein shakes more to help fill my energy and food. Then, I bought the Beachbody On Demand subscription for the year. I purchased it online and it was very easy and user-friendly. It's worth the subscription to the On Demand workout if you can go virtually anywhere and work out.

You can. Play one workout from Insanity, and then another from P90X or Turbo Fire, or Hip Hop Abs… Sure, it is interesting to use different types of equipment but constantly transitioning between weights, sliders, and loops wastes time and can be frustrating when you're trying to keep up. Plus, those loops slide and leave bruises! You can get a much better burn from shorter workouts with simpler moves and simpler equipment requirements.
