The 21 Day Fix defines 4 different target calories ranges that will determine your daily diet. I’m sort of doing the 80 Day Obsession workouts now (I’m training for a half so I’m going through the program slower than every day) and I just couldn’t with the supplements. Not going to spend that. I did try the Vega Sugar Free Energizer (which I think is similar to Beachbody’s pre-workout) and I do like it. I also have the Vega hydrate. I might check-out their protein powder. My main concern is toning up my lower body and abdominal area. With proper eating and working out with the videos to a T, can I lose a lot of inches and tone up? When it comes to getting in shape, sometimes starting can be the most difficult part. You’ve probably researched everything there is know in regards to living a healthier life, but are just not sure where to begin. But I couldn't follow the meal plan today. My stomach just wasn't ready for fruits and veggies. I sipped organic vegetable broth and had some saltine crackers. I know crackers aren't on the list of allowable foods but I didn't care. I also drank coconut water all day to help replenish my electrolytes. Coconut water is also a no-no on this detox, but I didn't gaf. I had just been through two days of liquid hell and I played by my own rules today. Being well hydrated is so important to your energy levels and endurance. Dehydration can make you feel tired, rundown, or even hungry.
