SJ April 6, 2015 - 2:51 pm Advanced Search For the exercise — the program workouts are 30 minutes a day (but two of the workouts are active-rest workouts). I wouldn’t consider it a super intense workout plan. Just to give you an idea, I wear my Polar loop for workouts and found that I was burning about 250 calories during the 30 minute cardio, full-body, dirty-30, upper and lower workouts. For Pilates and yoga (which are considered active rest) I was burning less.
This is why SO MANY commercials clearly state PAID ACTOR or ACTOR PORTRAYAL of real customer testimonial, etc. Thanks for your insight and answering so many questions. After reading through them, you have answered some of mine! Right now I’m stuck at a plateau! About 2 years ago I lost 30 pounds on my own changing my diet, eating strictly gluten free and semi grain free, and working out 3-4 days a week. I have maintained and stuck to the same regiment, however added kickboxing and some FB challenges from beachbody coaches. I just cannot get over this plateau hump and lose the last 20. I’m going to order the 21df next week in hopes that it will push me over. I have tried adding more calories, but I feel like I can’t eat any more! Any suggestions?

Beachbody On Demand Membership Features: the portion control containers and nutritional clean eating guidelines can work for anyone of any age. If you struggle with really challenging workouts (high intensity interval training) than I would recommend modifying the workout DVD’s and do the best you can or just follow the nutritional guidelines and try to be active for at least 30 minutes a day (walk, bike ride, swim). Fantastic. Normally do insanity but got this and Autumns moves are so tough, she doesn't mess around. Didn't like it at first as used to Sean t but now I've seen results I will keep alternating my routine with this. Containers get you to where you want to be. I use them all the time.

JP It does require a little more to start up (sliders, bands, a good range of weights) than a normal Beachbody program, and I don’t think that all of the supplements are necessary. Of course a coach and the cast of the program swear up and down that they are, but I disagree.
