After completing those dreams my left leg was numb with crazy weakness in my left leg and tremendous pain! I was forced to address a 5 yr attempt to ignore the inevitable. I got very scared and was convinced i would never comeback from this. Yes, i even feared the surgery wouldn’t work and or i would die. (Drama) i gave up about April 2017 and quickly gained 40 lbs. Post surgery, I have NO pain in my back shooting through my leg to my big toe anymore. I decided to start 80DO and I am on day 41. It’s amazing how strong I have become. I have lost over 13 inches but no weight. I haven’t measured or weighed in 10 Days so I’m not sure if i have lost more. That takes a little getting used to because I use to weigh everyday and have a private freak out session when the numbers aren’t moving. I suffer from 5 autoimmune diseases and once a month I have a 2 day IVig treatment that takes me out of the workouts for those days but I don’t hesitate to get back on the train. The diet is easy for me in terms as the food you eat, but eating as much as I have to is hard and I have to force myself. I tried one of them but I'm not a big believer in supplements. It didn't help me and it wasn't worth the money. It cost $50 and it wasn't that big of a pump for that amount. So I only do protein shakes right now. But I renewed my membership and I still workout every day with the Beachbody On Demand. I love the program. I like how I could stream all of the workouts and take so many different options. It's great and convenient.
