Today was an exact repeat of yesterday. I had to force myself to eat. I just wanted saltines and ginger ale because of how nauseous my headache made me. I did everything I was supposed to do for the program; however, I was rendered pretty much useless because of this headache. Not sure how much longer I'll hang in there before I plug the coffee machine back in.

Contract your abs to help keep your balance, and slowly lower back down. Workout 31 (Phase III, Week 3, Workout 1) Wednesday: Total Body Core I was part of a 21 Day Fix accountability group on Facebook that I checked in with each day. I know accountability is a big factor for me so this was really helpful and made the process of following the plan more enjoyable.
If the price were $45 or less and there weren't Beachbody ads all over it, I would highly recommend this.

I had gastric bypass in 2002 and lost a total of 150 pounds. I have since had a revision due to a problem with my intestines. So I thought I now had a second chance. I have been doing EVERYTHING correctly except enjoying wine at night. I am eating about 1000-1400 cal a day. I am walking and etc…but I am not losing anything. I only lost 15 pounds in 2 months. I think I would like to try it for the exercise aspect to break through the stop in my progress.
I am 30 and have been struggling with weight lose for a long time. I have a gym membership that I unfortunately do not use as much as I would like to. I am also a past WW member. I lost 20 pounds before my wedding in 2012, and gained that weight all back. My weight has been yo-yo-ing.
You are not allowed to workout. You are only allowed to do gentle activities, if any. All intense workouts and all weight resistance and strength training exercises are prohibited. And I legit stopped eating carbs for 2 years. Reason # 1939474 why I love this program? It’s SO scientifically based & incorporates refeed days because when you’re working your muscles that much, they need the extra energy. Specifically, it needs GLYCOGEN to help rebuild yo muscles (I get a bit nerdy about this shiz you guys). I usually stick to more complex carbs like sweet potatoes, brown rice & quinoa or chickpeas because my skin and body operates at its peak without gluten & simple carbs can often cause inflammation BUT every freaking once and a while, it’s so key for your body.
