I have been overweight since a serious illness in 98. I usually don’t even eat breakfast or lunch and eat dinner. But I can’t seem to lose weight. I work around 12 hours + a day. I need simple and normal foods in plan or it won’t happen. Will this work for me??

You can use meal replacement shakes to replace some or all of your meals. Shakes also have their color containers information so you can keep track of your 21 day fix diet. I prefer to use a shake for one of the meals, instead of shakes to replace all the main 3 meals. This way you don’t feel constantly hungry. If you prefer to do a full meal replacement diet I would recommend you to prepare your own shakes by adding fiber or vegetables, yogurt and healthy fat. Also many workouts invite you to do lower impact versions of some of what they’re doing. So you can start out at one level and take it to the next level on the same program. There is value in just going through 2 or three cycles of the same program if you are really out of shape. And seeing how your fitness/endurance level changes.

I get up early so I eat early, any suggestions as I work 12 hour shifts and don’t always get a chance to eat if my break is cut short. I also try not to eat much when I get home from work as I don’t want to eat before I go to bed.
