This plan is virtually impossible if your life revolves around going out to eat or doing a lot of social events if you have no self control. If this sounds like you, I would not suggest this plan.

Many Instant Pot recipes call for water or broth in the pot, and I have to tell you that chicken broth is a much better choice for dishes with meat in them–like the lunch or dinner recipes below. I have a recipe here for how to make bone broth and it’s so easy.

Film and Motion Picture Exercise Mats Hi Bethany – I decided to start juicing fresh veggies (mainly) and fruits 5 mos ago for breakfast and lunch while eating clean for dinner. I lost 30lbs within 3 months without exercise. I want to lose another 20 lbs but I seem to have plateaued as I haven’t lost or gained any weight since then. Do you think that the 21day fix will help me lose those last 20 lbs? Would I be able to incorporate fresh juice in this diet?
