If you can’t find at least a couple of programs that get you all warm and tingly then you’re not looking hard enough.
I’m wondering if I HAVE to do the 30 minutes of exercises daily, or if I could do 1 hour one day and none the next. The reason I ask is that my schedule makes it difficult to fit in even 30 minutes of exercise on the days I work. I’m up at 4:30am to be at work by 7, get off between 7:30-8pm, and don’t get home until around 9pm when I have to get cleaned up and get my daughter to bed. By the end of the day, I’m exhausted and want to just sleep, especially if I have to do the same thing the following day. The good thing about my job is that I am rather active. I typically get anywhere from 10,000- 13,000 steps a day with 7-20 flights of stairs, depending on the day. Would the DAILY habit make that much of a difference?

In particular, I am looking to avoid any variation of a true sit up or leg lift from a lying position. I have a ventral hernia that will not tolerate it. That said, I am free to do core strengthening exercises using other muscles – per my doc.
Hi Lauren, Yes, you can follow the diet but not the workouts. But, remember the diet is designed to go with the workouts, so you might need to tweak it a little depending upon your exeercise. Bethany

Hi Dawn, Great question! Think I will update the post with a few examples but for now a typical breakfast could be something like 2 whole eggs scrambled with spinach and a side of steel cut oatmeal. For lunch a giant salad with lots of veggies, a lean protein like chicken or turkey, and an olive oil based dressing. There is nothing crazy in the meal plan, just lots of whole foods in the proper amounts to get all your macronutrient needs while trying to limit overly processed foods(which we all should be trying to avoid). I’ve been doing 21 day fix with shakeology for a little over a year and I’ve lost 35 lbs. For me it’s a great program the gets you in shape and eating healthy. It’s changed my life completely. I feel and look great. I was doubtful like many others are. To me it was just another gimmick. But it actually works and if you commit 100%, you WILL get results.

5. I will never not eat LUNA bars, and by day six I was seriously considering whether or not I could fill my fruit container with wine. Additionally, we go out to eat about once a week so I really struggled there. If you have any sort of social life, this “fix” is not for you.
