I'm so beyond frustrated with Beachbody these days... it always takes me contacting them to get my products and refunds. I'm glad I'm only a coach for discount because I'd hate to see what real customers go through! With the start of a new program a few months ago, they hadn't planned on the amount of volume they would receive so they ran out of product. Instead of explaining this to coaches and customers, they continued to give us the run around saying that shipments would go out "soon". While I do like their programs, I'm not a fan of the the customer service (or lack thereof) and the pricing.

Pros I just purchased my 21 day fix through your site because of your page. When I called in to get it, by the time they added all the extras and shipping – it was more $ plus the woman had no idea how to answer and questions. I just told her thanks but no thanks- I’d just order online from another site I’d seen.

Hi Jen, although I think WW is great, I would recommend following the 21 Day Fix’s diet plan to get the best results possible from the workout program. Honestly, the Fix’s diet is even easier than WW. It’s literally eating as many whole foods that will fit into the containers…no calorie or point counting – you can’t get much easier than that!

Every day you’re doing something different — from weights to cardio to pilates and Autumn is really inspiring and motiving. The workouts are only 30 minutes so the time goes by quickly. I was always sweaty afterwards and found myself sore the next day as well. That’s one big difference between the 21 Day Fix and T25. I was consistently sore with the Fix workouts and never sore with T25. I know being sore isn’t the ultimate goal of a workout but it felt good knowing that I was challenging myself and gaining strength.

I truly believe that this is because my diet already consists of all the foods they recommend and I work out one or two times per day. In fact, I actually noticed better results the week I gave up sugar.
