I had it before and to be honest, wasn’t really sore after my workouts and perhaps because of that, it didn’t really hold my interest. I know that isn’t always something you need to have, but was ALWAYS sore after The Fix. I liked that because I felt like something was happening! Anyway, having done one round I am thinking of doing the Fix again or getting T25. Thoughts?? To be honest, I think WW is a great program with weight maintanence IF you follow it and track everything, but I dont really care for it to LOSE weight.
