Lastly, if the first workout is too much to handle, copy paste what you’ve been doing the first two weeks into the third as well. Try the first workout on the 4th week again. All the while improving your stretching routines when you are not doing the actual workouts.

21 days is a lengthy detox. Even though three weeks usually goes by pretty quick, it can really drag when you're on a detox, especially one where you have to gag down power greens everyday.

Hi, One, I did not like Turbofire, I was all excited to start and ordered it, but the moves are far too confusing to grasp for me. I like simple moves anyone can understand..maybe it’s my A.D.D., but is this 21 day fix easier to understand? Just make sure to incorporate healthy eating principles, or even better follow the portion control system, and you can add some ingredients according to your body’s demand.
Keep up the great work! You can stream all of your workouts on your favorite devices. So no need purchases dvd’s with the potential of losing them. You can workout from anywhere in the world as long as you have reliable internet connection.
