Hi Karen, I would advise against eating the store bought, pre-sliced white bread. It is a highly refined and processed food. The Fix wants you eating foods that have not been overly processed. Ezekiel bread might also be an option, it contains no flour which could have been causing your problem. It doesn’t matter “how much” you eat, but it matters “what” you are eating.
