It runs about $4 per serving (if you buy in bulk on auto-shipment) and only packs about 140 calories per serving. Even with the added milk, you are only looking at around 400 calories per servicing. This will simply not work as a long-term meal replacement. Like so many other weight loss products, it will leave the customer still hungry, thus negating the weight loss properties it boasts.

My sister told me about this program. She purshased it last year. I just started portioning out my food like the programs says and I’m very pleased at how easy it is… No calorie counting, no worrying, it’s very fool proof. It’s only been 2 days though.. But I like it so far. Very convenient.
Hi Morgan, Day 78 I just ordered & received my 21DayFix and yes, I agree it takes extra time to figure out the containers, but if you plan your meals and use a chart for the week it’s easier. I’ve started with doing a couple days at a time & prep, then put in the fridge. It makes me realize how much food I can eat, if I prep it all ahead of time & also makes you think about exactly what you want to be sticking in your mouth. I’m just starting, but already it is making me make more conscious food choices, which I hope I can stick with & make a good lifestyle change. I like that it has suggestions for treats & what color container to swap it out with….so if I do want some chocolate I don’t have to deprive myself. I also think this will be better for me than WW because you are eating fresh foods, not packaged foods. You KNOW what is going in your body 100%.

If you add protein, like a protein shake, or a meal replacement shake, you’ve to count a red container. If you add fruit, remember to count as a purple container. Hi Lilly, Good sustainable weight loss is 1-2 pounds a week. You start at the calorie level that is recommended and work down. As you start to lose weight, you drop down calorie levels as you go. It is a waste of time, and you can spend 80 days or more doing another workout with a trainer who actually takes exercise seriously. Or you could even go to a gym and do your own workout and take your own self seriously.

My husband was diagnosed as diabetics type 2 in 2009. He refused medications. He want the same as me when I lost almost 4 stones (56lbs) using healthy and fat free diet by Rosemary Conley diet which I was a member.
I just ordered a set of containers and I am ready/excited to incorporate the good eating with the workout! Question though, I am not a fan of eggs or salmon…..what would be a recommendation for alternatives?
