I just read through your outline of the program. It looks very interesting. However, I am appalled at the number of typos and grammatical errors. This makes me wonder how good your program could possibly be, if you pay such little attention to detail.

BOD users will only have access to streaming BOD programs for as long as they are paid CLUB members. It is getting expensive quickly. See More Years ago, I saw an infomercial for Hip Hop Abs. I got it and I was hooked. Then, I hadn't done anything in the last several years and when I knew that Beachbody did the On Demand and made all of their workout extreme for a monthly or a quarterly price, I was sold. I wanted to do the Shakeology but it was a little out of my price range, so I found some cheaper things online or at the store. But I have bought workouts from Beachbody and now I have the On Demand. I also ordered 21 Day Fix and I love the portion containers that came with it. I even use them without using the program. It's better than counting calories because it's like counting colors. Then, I've done PiYo, Shift Shop, and the Hip Hop Abs. I tried Insanity, but that was a little triggering for me.

As with any other fitness program, whether or not 80 Day Obsession is right for you is going to be based on your personal needs and preferences. But as frequently emphasized on the Beachbody website, it’s going to require a serious time and energy commitment, including meal prep and a “laser-focus on detail,” as well as the necessary willpower to stay on track.
Shift shop You know the drill—the workout is 40-ish minutes with 30 seconds of a cardio move, 30 seconds of a HIIT move, followed by an active core recovery move. As for equipment, you’ll need your mat, Beachbody Strength Slides, and Resistance Loops. If you’re struggling a bit with the new workouts during this phase, slow down and pace yourself. You’ve got plenty of time to master each workout!

I really don’t want to loose weight. I am 43, 5’1 and about 112 pounds. I really need to tone up the jiggly stuff. I have increased my protein and water intake as I was told that if you increase your protein to match your current weight the cellulite will firm up. No luck so far! I do workout but very sporadically. I feel I have good grasp on what and how much to eat and my meals are healthy. I usually eat a greek yogurt w 1 oz sliced almonds for breakfast, an Herbalife shake for lunch with an added protein powder , a lean meat (chicken, talipa, tuna), 1/2 cup of a carb and 1-2 cups of veggies for dinner. I add in 1/2 cup of cottage cheese two times a day for protein. So with all that being said I’m wondering if this program is for me. I have a busy schedule and honestly I am too tired to workout most days when I get home so I talk myself out of it therefore working out is difficult to stick with. I need a program I can do at home but I’m not sure how much the workouts will help me if I don’t follow the food plan. How many days a week do you work out and what weights/extras do you need to have? Thanks for your help!

I did the 21 day fix…At first I lost 1.8 lbs the first week. I have not been perfect on he eating plan but have only missed 2 days of working out. I did not weigh myself again until the 21st day. I found that I had ended up only loosing .5 lbs overall but lost inches and feel stronger. I did not do the 3 day Quick Fix. I am bummed that I did not lose more weight but have been reading things of why I didn’t. Maybe eating hummus and almonds in the same day, etc. Love the containers as it has helped me with portion control. Any suggestions you have would be great.

I've been eating them with a sweet potato, which I also love. When I meal prepped, I made a shit-ton of baked sweet potatoes and stir-fry veggies so I could eat them everyday. I'm tellin' you, meal prepping is where it's at.
