Did you see these? Hi Bethany, Before I order I would like to determine if I can still make these crock pot meals I do 3-4 days a week. I don’t understand how to measure them with the cups. Like today I’m making Tortolini soup: Butternut Sqush, yellow and green zucchini, onions, garlic, green beans, stewed tomatoes, chicken broth, spices, tortolini with cheese, and parmasean cheese will cook all day together. I would imagine I guess which portions go with each container based on the amount in my bowl because it would be hard to serve a bowl and then separate it? Some crock pot meals are easier, but when mixed it is harder. Thank you for responding, it’s going to be hard for me to learn diet and portions. I also play raquet sports 3-4 hours a day or bike ride, so do I still do the exercises on those days?

Hi Michelle, I don’t know about seaweed salad. You can fill the containers to the top no, especially stuff those greens full. You can have potatoes all the entire time. You may want to review the meal plan guide again to really knock out the details. Bethany

3:230:30 I was surprised to say that I think it’s totally worth it! Since trying it a couple weeks ago, I went to check out some local gyms. None of them nearby had the type of kid-care I was interested in, so I ruled that thought out. The Beach Body On Demand is super affordable too. Gyms for a family of two adults and three kids is over $100 dollars a month. Beach Body On Demand is $99 for the full year.

Sold Out More Bridget: my mother in law started beach body a little over a year ago. she was pre-diabetic and well over 200 pounds. she started with just the shakeo and slow paced walking. i have to add that she had a great coach who offered her good support and motivation, but this was all done via email and facebook along with her other group members of her 90 day challenge. she is now 145 pounds and still going strong, she has stopped all her medications and lives a healthy lifestyle. i too, tried the shakeo for a few months then moved out of state and forgot to change my address, they shipped my order to california where i use to live. when i called to let them know they where absolutely amazing. they refunded my money within 48 hours and didn’t even request that i return the order. and i was even canceling my subscription. i couldn’t afford it anymore with the new move but the customer rep didn’t even try to push me to stay.
This program would be great for beginners and intermediate. I really put myself into it after faithfully working out to Jillian Michaels Bodyshred DVD program for the past couple of years. JM offers 3...0 minutes of full body for more advanced people, but I was getting bored. Autumns program was fine, but I wasn’t breaking a sweat and my calories burned were about the same as my 30 minute JM workouts (sometimes less). I am going back to Bodyshred as my clothes feel tighter and I my muscle definition has decreased. Scale is up after being the same weight for years. Only thing I have changed is my workout program so obviously this isn’t for me. I think if you are a beginner then this is great, but for half the amount of time I can get better results doing something else. See More
