I usually eat a greek yogurt w 1 oz sliced almonds for breakfast, an Herbalife shake for lunch with an added protein powder , a lean meat (chicken, talipa, tuna), 1/2 cup of a carb and 1-2 cups of veggies for dinner. I add in 1/2 cup of cottage cheese two times a day for protein. So with all that being said I’m wondering if this program is for me. I have a busy schedule and honestly I am too tired to workout most days when I get home so I talk myself out of it therefore working out is difficult to stick with. I need a program I can do at home but I’m not sure how much the workouts will help me if I don’t follow the food plan. I didn’t realize I was adding almost 700 calories in the morning with the vanilla creamer until I gained over 10lbs in 7 months. It had to be the creamer and I now feel it was. I am going to order this product to try and lose the rest of the weight and tone.
