Hi Faye, you don’t see pickles on the food list is because it’s not allowed. Pickles are very high in sodium and have little nutritional value. Rutabagas would be classified as a veggie (green container). I’m not sure why it’s not on the list – I’m going to guess it was an oversight. As for tea, black is best – you shouldn’t be having refined sugar or artifical sweeteners, because neither is healthy for you. If you must use something sweet, try stevia. There are some included on the program but you’ll have to change them to be 100% gluten free.
