Try out a workout with a host you don’t know yet.  Maybe they’ll inspire you in the way you’ve been looking for. Day 2: Booty Don't get me wrong…some days are still hard and I'm NOT perfect! I stopped pointing the finger at my genetic makeup and took action. The support system and the results are enough of a reminder to keep me going. If you are looking to try something new and are looking for quick results that will stay (if you continue to live a healthy life…with the occasional cheat meal of course) then this is for you. I just started the first day of phase 2 and it's really a great workout, so I wanted to give it 5 stars. I'm impressed at the strength gains. Hols Cardio Flow! This is 6 reps of everything, no equipment, just bring your positive attitude and energy! I have used beach body before and it is a great program. I just find it hard to set aside time in my home to camp out in front of the TV to do my work outs. Now I guess if I had someone that did it with me, it would be a different story. I do believe that some of their products are a little spendy….they are proud of them. But, they do work for sure. I just enjoy going to the gym and being able to do many different things, and not having to be stuck in front of the TV for my work out.

Speakers + Headphones Each week of 80 Day Obsession we go through these 6 workouts and in each phase these 6 workouts totally change.  I also keep your body working and off the fitness plateau by changing up your reps and sets each week.  Week 1 of every phase we do a 2×15 rep scheme.  Meaning we go through all the moves in the workout doing 15 reps of each then circle back to the top and  do it again.  This is done with medium weights.  Week 2 I change it up to a 3×10 rep scheme.  Were lifting heavier this week.  Going through all the moves in the workout 3 times.  Week 3 I keep the 3×10 rep scheme and the heavy weights but instead of going through the entire workout and circling back to the top we perform 10 reps of three exercises three times in a row before moving on.  This way we are burning the muscle group out faster and pushing our bodies harder.  In week 4 we go back to the 2×15 pattern but again do 15 reps of three moves two times and then move on to the next group.  All of this keeps our bodies working hard through out the entire 80 days so we can continue to see progress. 80 DAY OBSESSION PROGRAM DETAILS Become a Publishing Partner Come on. It is definitely not as crazy as p90x. Just make sure to take every workout at your own pace, following the modifier at first, and pause the workout or walk it out to take a breather whenever you have to. I love the fact that 21 Day Fix gives you containers to make portion control easier, but it still takes me hours to figure out an entire day’s meal plan to be sure I balance the containers throughout the day. The point system for WW was easier, especially because by increasing my workouts, I could build up extra points and add in an extra treat — which is how I avoided giving up. But where WW fails is the workouts. 21 Day Fix works all of the muscles. The first few days were brutal, which was proof that my WW workouts were not doing enough. My suggestion is to use the containers for portion control but go ahead and continue with the WW points system. Just be sure to follow the 21 Day Fix workouts so you still see big results.
