This workout requires a lot of energy, so make sure you time your pre-workout nutrition accordingly. Eat your pre-workout meal at least 1 hour before exercising to give your body time to digest. Do you just get one of each container? So do you have to be washing and refilling them all day? Day 38 of 80 Day Obsession is one of my favorites so far 🙊

Hi Jayme, Remember these are supposed to be used to replace a meal and the organic whole food quality ingredients that are used in them contribute to the cost. You can find other shakes, but be careful of ingredients, a lot of meal replacements are filled with processed sugars making them not a healthy option. Bethany

Hi all! I’m 29 and about 20lbs over my ideal weight. Currently weighing at 146lbs. I’m on day 3 of the 21 Day Fix and oh man… am I ever sore!! I wasn’t very active prior to this, so it will take some getting used to! Quick question, I caught a cold (yikes!) and I want to make sure it doesn’t get worse, but I also don’t want to quit the workouts to get better. I just feel like I’m suffering a bit more than I should with the sneezy, runny nose, headaches and good lord, do the workouts make me feel nauseous afterwards (even with the modifiers!). Should I keep on going or give it a few days of rest to get over the cold?

I am considering doing the 21 day program but I struggle with hypothyroid issues. My weight is always fluctuating from 125-150 and I can’t seem to get a routine going to stay down at 125. I am looking to lose about 15 pounds at this time but I’m at a loss on how to do so, seems like I’ve tried it all! I always gain weight when I work out because my body/thyroid is “over worked”. I like the idea that it’s only a half hour workout, which makes me think I could do it. I don’t know if you know anything about thyroid issues or not but if you do and have advice I would love to hear your feedback.

It’s absolutely crazy but at 12:30 PM EST sharp, we are given a link to start a live stream of Autumn on the set with her crew as they film each workout daily. You guys, this has never been done before. No scripts, no do-over, no stopping. Both Autumn, her crew in the LA set, and we have to forge through NO MATTER WHAT. Insane, right?

Hi Maryann, rounds means number of times completing the 21 day fix. One round equals 21 days of the fix. So, 11 rounds would mean doing the 21 day fix 11 times over. Not sure who told you, you will need 11 rounds, but a rule of thumb is you want to lose 1-2 pounds of weight a week, more than this is not sustainable and you would just put the weight back on. -Bethany
