I made it to the store yesterday, which was part of the errands I ran yesterday, so I am doing the 2nd day workout that I skipped. Overall, hard! Arms are so difficult for me, so that was great. I found the workouts super good for the whole body, and you work your upper and lower body at the same time on almost all the moves. Shaun does a good job of keeping your heart rate up, which is what I look for in a workout, even on this weight-focused one.
Please answer quickly as I’m looking to purchase but if I have to cook or plan all my meals for every day all the time, then this won’t work for our family. I just gotta say…. I LOVE Autumn!!! I’ve been doing Beachbody workouts for years and she is now second to Tony for me! I like the moves in this workout, and I like that Autumn is more laid back. Sorry… not the biggest fan of Chalene. I’d say these workouts are pretty comparable to the intensity of the original Beachbody 90 workout but I really like that most of the workouts end with a series of ab work. I found the 21 day fix after doing the Ultimate Reset and it was a great way to continue the healthy eating and integrating it into our regular lifestyle. I haven’t really lost any weight but I appreciate the portion control as a way of staying on track and my husband and I really really really like the workouts!!! (although the yoga one is pretty lame)

She had a baby six weeks ago and bought it to lose the last 20 pounds of baby weight she put on while pregnant with my son. I’m not so concerned with watching the portions so closely for my kids who are super active, but what kind of family friendly recipes are there that my kids would like to eat? Great program! I accomplished in 80 days what has taken me 18 months to accomplish in the past. I’m back into my “normal for me” clothes. Most importantly, I feel much better! I want to continue to ch...ase my grandchildren around and sit comfortably on the floor to play with them. Rochelle 29 Pins P90X, P90X2, P90X3 Hi Faye, you don’t see pickles on the food list is because it’s not allowed. Pickles are very high in sodium and have little nutritional value. Rutabagas would be classified as a veggie (green container). I’m not sure why it’s not on the list – I’m going to guess it was an oversight. As for tea, black is best – you shouldn’t be having refined sugar or artifical sweeteners, because neither is healthy for you. If you must use something sweet, try stevia. Lauren, I found this to be a little inconvenient as well, especially if you want to prep your meals before hand. I have done two things- you can simply use those containers as a measuring device as sorts, meaning, you measure out say 2 servings of fruit, then dump them into your own tupperware. That’s easier instead of measuring one, then waiting until after you eat that serving to measure the next. Planning is very important when it comes to nutrition and fitness, so preparing and planning ahead of time makes a big difference. Alternatively, you can use the containers to create a DIY “container” of sorts- simply measure whatever it is, then dump that into another container, drawing a line to mark where it comes up to. Then you have a second container with the right amount. This is, in my opinion, a little “riskier” than the first method, and can possibly lead to inaccuracies, but it’s an alternative that works for some people.

When you plan on losing weight, working out is important but 72% of your results will come from your diet. By diet I don’t just mean eating nothing but vegetables or some other crazy fad diet but having a healthy mix of foods and, most important of all, eating meals that you enjoy so you have the motivation to continue.
when on the 21 day fix are you supposed to weigh out veggies like cauliflower that is large or cut it to size and then see what fits in the container. I just weighed out 8oz one cup which is the serving size and good lord that is a lot of cauliflower lol!!!!
I’m just starting this program (completed day 10) and I LOVE it. I’m already seeing results and feeling better. I’m only doing the workouts and not the meal plan, I’m just eating healthy foods and so ...far it’s working. The workouts are difficult but not so much that I can’t complete them. I love the vibe that the cast brings and the fact that she talks and walks you through each workout, and making you feel like you can push through each rep-it’s amazing. I love the laughing and occasional griping of the cast because it shows you that they’re REAL people and they’re struggling through it too but making it fun. So I believe in beach body and I’ve done a bunch of the programs and was even a coach at one point but recently when coaches don’t allow people to join the group to help them or support them just bec...ause they don’t buy anything that I don’t believe in and has rWally turned me off to the whole support groups. A person might have only bought once and that’s it but that’s not a good enough reason to be turned away from groups. That coach shows she or he is about money and not about changing someone’s life and being there for support. See More

I liked the way I looked. Feeling comfortable in your own skin can be an issue regardless of clothing size. Even though I was still small, being "out of shape" made me not comfortable in my clothes. I was always tucking in my lower belly and buying long tanks and baggy shirts. My pants felt tight and I did not want to buy new pants! So I toned up and it felt great.

For the crockpot meal, you could put all the ingredients in the containers they belong in before mixing them into the crockpot or if you want to be less rigid about it you could measure/estimate your portion once it’s done. For instance, if you made chicken and veggies in the crockpot, I would just measure it out once it’s been cooked. Does that help?

I was at my best friends baby shower and her cousin had told me she was starting a program called The 21 Day Fix that week. I told her to let me know how it went.
