April 26, 2018 As long as you’ve been cleared by your doc for exercise, you will be fine. It is definitely not as crazy as p90x. Just make sure to take every workout at your own pace, following the modifier at first, and pause the workout or walk it out to take a breather whenever you have to. It is not a race, so just stick with it, and every workout, you will get stronger.
You already know how many containers of each color you can use in your daily meals so it’s time to find what products you can use for each container.

12/ Back to Cardio Flow today! I enjoyed going through the 80 Day cycle and the different workouts. Yes, they were not 80 unique workouts, as each phase had same movements repeated with different reps. Still, I did look forward to the workouts each day and the challenge of finishing an 80-day program.

My wife and I were looking for something that was a short workout, about 40 minutes because we both have full time jobs and children so we don’t have too much free time. Plus, my sister used it and she lost a significant amount of weight so we knew it worked. So we wanted to get it ourselves. My wife bought INSANITY MAX:30 and it came quick. They gave her the option to pay in two payments so she was happy with that and it was a good experience. We liked the product and they gave us a lot of material in the box more than we thought was coming, but it was helpful.

It is meant to be a program that you can make a healthy lifestyle eating change out of. The program teaches “portion aproach” with the colored containers. This way you can learn balance between foods and how much you should be eating of each. I understand where you are coming from with the name 21 Day Fix, it does sound like a program you do for a dew weeks. And, people often do that need to drop some weihgt quick. But, I think what the creators of the program were also going for was, it takes 21 days to form a new habit. So, if you follow the program for 21 days you will have formed a habit of eating right and exercising daily. Hope that makes sense. -Bethany
I'm halfway through Phase 3, and was a little worried in Phase 1 because I thought it might be a bit too simple. Phases 2 and 3 changed my mind. The workouts ARE different between phases, and the reps and execution of the workouts are different within phases (e.g., sometimes you do 2 sets of 15, sometimes 3 sets of 10, sometimes you change the order, etc.). You truly do not do the same workout twice, and interestingly, it really does make a difference. The nutrition is key. It will require attention and diligence, and you can't expect to exercise your way out of bad nutrition choices, but they can't make the program any clearer.

Sport Exercise-&-Fitness Hi there Brittany…I’m 46 and I am currently doing T25 and have changed my eating habits for the better. While comparing the two programs I noticed that the 21 Day Fix workouts seem more intense. I left the Army at age 36 for family reasons after 16 years and am looking to go back in to finish my time. At 46 I have some weight to lose and wondered which of the two workouts would help me to better achieve my goal. I weighed 279 January 1st when I started T25 and currently weigh 251. I am trying to get down to 225 and wondered if the the 21 Day Fix workout would help better. Any advice would definitely be greatly appreciated.
I'm so beyond frustrated with Beachbody these days... it always takes me contacting them to get my products and refunds. I'm glad I'm only a coach for discount because I'd hate to see what real customers go through! With the start of a new program a few months ago, they hadn't planned on the amount of volume they would receive so they ran out of product. Instead of explaining this to coaches and customers, they continued to give us the run around saying that shipments would go out "soon". While I do like their programs, I'm not a fan of the the customer service (or lack thereof) and the pricing.

I currently do brazillian jujitsu (usually 5-6 days a week…some days 2-3 hours, some days for an hour) & Krav Maga once a week for an hour. I do need lots of help with eating (& I’m a very picky eater…much too picky for my age). Would the workout portion really be necessary for me, or will the martial arts be sufficient? And are the recipes really simple & fast? Yea, I’m a lazy cook too…I’m the whole package. I seem to be able to either get my eating habits under control or my exercise on point, but can’t ever seem to get the two together.

I have spent countless hours ripping DVDs to my computer so that I could stream them to my AppleTV. This not only makes it quicker for me to get started, but it also ensures that I’ll have these workouts for life since the DVDs get scratched and become unplayable (not much is more frustrating than doing a workout that skips… especially if it skips back and adds time to your workout!!!). When I finally decide to do something, I do it …. ’til the death. The interesting thing about this decision – I never once dreaded a workout. I enjoyed the whole process. So much so, that I didn’t want it to end.

August 2015 COFFEE I began my workouts on a Monday, as well as the diet plan. I honestly don't like calling it a "diet" plan because truthfully I was eating more than I was before and much, much healthier. I did also have a Shakeology shake everyday, typically I had mine in the afternoon when I was craving a snack and it definitely curbed my appetite and held me over before dinner.

I saw an infomercial for the 21 day fix last week and started researching it, reading reviews, etc. Like someone said earlier, I really wanted to read the good and bad of this program before I order it.
