I’m not sure what size the slices are – can you give me an ounce measurement? Also, is there a particular brand that’s recommended? I wasn’t able to find 100% fat free meat slices…is 98% as close as I’m going to get?
Hi Judy, water is best, the eating guide contains “The Water Bar” to help dress your water up. No sugar for sure, try a natural sweetener. Instead of half and half, a teaspoon of coconut oil would be a much healther option in your coffee. -Bethany

You can expect a very similar approach for 80 Day Obsession, but Autumn herself says that during 80 Day Obsession, she really digs deeper into the nutrition aspect and goes beyond the container system. She refers to the 80 Day Obsession Nutrition Guide as being more about “Timed Nutrition”, meaning she will be explaining the optimal things to eat before/after your workouts, as well as timing your food throughout the rest of the day. This means that literally NOTHING is left to a guess and you will know exactly what to be eating & WHEN in order to get the best possible results!

Now in my opinion, before they added Beachbody on Demand, the best benefit has been the 10% discount. I’ve been a coach for a while and never once have I been in the celebrity trainer chat room. And the meal planning wizard, while better than nothing, is not nearly as good as it could/should be. I’ve had some customers use it but it’s really not a flagship feature for most people.

I ask because I am also on WW (on and off for 7 years – off only because I had two kids), and now I am Lifetime and feel like sometimes I know the WW system so well that I cheat myself. Just be sure to note how much of each container you use. There is nothing against using halves or quarter containers. I was surprised to say that I think it’s totally worth it! Since trying it a couple weeks ago, I went to check out some local gyms. None of them nearby had the type of kid-care I was interested in, so I ruled that thought out. The Beach Body On Demand is super affordable too. Gyms for a family of two adults and three kids is over $100 dollars a month. Beach Body On Demand is $99 for the full year.
