Hi Suzaane, I’m assuming yellow, I know red wine was a yellow in the original. Bethany I don't think Beachbody's 3 Day Refresh gives you nearly as much detox power as the Ultimate Reset does, but I will say that the two times I did the 3 Day Refresh, it made my sugar cravings disappear, my bloat was gone almost immediately, and I fell right back on track after just three days. I didn't really feel detoxed though. So if you're going for a true detox feeling afterwards, I'm not sure this 3 day banger will do it for you.

Who Would Fare Best With the 21 Day Fix Exercise: Walked 36 minutes. PiYo® Beachbody On Demand: Digital Unlock I am on day 12 of the 21 day fix diet. Tomorrow is my first night shift since starting. This means I will be awake tomorrow around 1030am and will not go to bed again until the next morning around 8am. So that’s about 10 extra hours I am awake. What and how much should I eat overnight? Thanks!
I weight a little over 320 pounds and I’m on my first round of the 21 DF. There are times that I need to modify the modifier but I absolutely LOVE the workouts. Just a note…if you do this program, there is a workout move called ‘Surrenders’ on the Total Body Cardio (which is the Monday workout). I have to hold on to the sides of the chair cushion while doing this move but even WITH the chair…it’s a bit hard. For me, the first week I gave it all I had and couldn’t walk for three days after. Lesson learned. Be kind to your body and don’t do more than you can do. It gets easier, I already feel better, and I actually look forward to going home and pushing ‘play’.

I’m confused on why you would look normal at the beginning of every one, and then suddenly ripped at the end. It seems like you would already be ripped after one program and just continue to look pretty much the same when you did other ones… I’m not trying to be rude at all; I’m just genuinely confused! Are the results of each program super temporary or something?

58% DISCLOSURE Hello! I am currently on day 3 of the 21 day fix, quite sore but enjoying the workout and I am quite motivated (surprise gift to Cuba only 6 weeks away). I just read your review on the insanity program and am wondering what would be my best bet for losing weight. I could stand to lose 30 pounds but would be satisfied with 20 pound weight loss. I wouldn’t say I am very physically fit, but would doing my best on the Insanity program pay off more than doing the 21 day fix workout?
Following the program was essential to my health. The workouts made me think I was going to die but I got stronger as they went on. I now know my meals by memory and continue to test my limits with the workouts. I don't stick to it all the time anymore. Now I take barre classes 2 out of 7 days a week. But I always make sure to set a date to do the fix every couple months.
