Hi Lindsey, What you are experiencing I have heard from a few people. Now instead of drinking empty calories you are eating whole nutrtitious foods(filling you up) and it can take a bit of time for the body to adjust. While you don’t want to force yourself to eat containers, I would suggest trying to mix it up the containers and don’t skip the same containers each day, just kind of rotate through them. Danmark How many ounces are each container? Helpful?10 During the past year I have worked out with a trainer and with the help of weight watchers, was able to lose 15lbs. However, once my kids were out of school, getting in the gym hasn’t been easy and I have gained back about 5-6lbs. I am much more comfortable with myself at about 5-6lbs lighter, but my ultimate goal would be to lose about 10-12lbs. I do still feel that I am in better shape, and I enjoy exercising, but for me, the food is the issue. I did have success with ww, but I just don’t want to do it again and I’m intrigued by the 21 Day Fix program. Do you think this is a good program for someone who doesn’t have a lot of weight to lose and also wants to be super fit, not just smaller? I am in the fence on whether or not to try this. I have been doing T25 and eating healthy and have lost weight but..really, I went from absolutely NO fitness plan do doing T25…and since this seems to be honest review inspired I may as well confess that I figured I would do the “something” workout so I could eat the food I like…I HATE diets…I see the infomercial touting about eating all the stuff you usually eat…however, where do recipes come into this plan? What if I want to make lentil soup or potato salad or any recipe that involves multiple ingredients? I can see how “easy” it would be if you are eating raw whole foods but I am Italian, I cook.

The Single Best Way to Fight Off Post-Ski Soreness Thanks for your insight and answering so many questions. After reading through them, you have answered some of mine! Right now I’m stuck at a plateau! About 2 years ago I lost 30 pounds on my own changing my diet, eating strictly gluten free and semi grain free, and working out 3-4 days a week. I have maintained and stuck to the same regiment, however added kickboxing and some FB challenges from beachbody coaches. I just cannot get over this plateau hump and lose the last 20. I’m going to order the 21df next week in hopes that it will push me over. I have tried adding more calories, but I feel like I can’t eat any more! Any suggestions?

If ya’ll know me – this is everything. My happy place. Browse nearby I am thinking about getting the 21 day fix, but I’m not sure if it will be right for me. Two years ago I got pregnant with my son, I was 120 pounds. I ended up gaining so much weight from the pregnancy that I am now 230 pounds and 5’3″. I really don’t like this change and I really want to loose the 100 pounds. I know it will take a lot of dedication and I’m ready for that but is this program going to help me accomplish my goal? I don’t have any knee problems, occasionally I have some lower back problems but its from the weight.
Over the course of 80 days my final results were losing 13 inches all over my body, wearing pant/dress sizes smaller, do full-out pushups, and a huge amount of growth in my ability to lift heavy weights. In fact, by the end of the program, I really should have been lifting heavier…I just didn’t have the heavier weights available to do so. Pretty good problem to have! However, one of my biggest wins was the fact that I really did stick hard and fast to something for 80 days. I have friends who can tell you I didn’t want to, but I did it and that has taught me so much about the power of willpower! Non-scale victories are the best!
