Also, I did not like the workouts either. I know many people who have had amazing results, however, I felt they were causing me injury rather than helping with muscle and weight. For instance, I had back pains that I haven’t had in years. It just didn’t make sense to me because I am pretty active. I play tennis all the time. I run and walk when I can. I couldn’t do the modifications without feeling pain. Before I start another program, I probably need to check with my doctor. Overall, I don’t think this program is as good as it’s hyped up to be. This is only a matter of opinion though. I’m on day 13 of the 21 Day Fix and I haven’t seen dramatic results yet. No weight loss but maybe an inch or two loss. I can fit in some jeans I wore a year ago (I’m 6mths post-partum). I have a hard time with the meal plans because of the prep time it takes to make sure you measure out food items properly but I love the workouts. I look forward to my workout time each evening.
