🚧 you CAN do hard things Published 2 months ago I am in my 3rd day of 21 day fix I am not overweight I just want to lose 8-10 lbs and the only concern is the 4 red containers are too much for me, I have to force myself to eat and it’s a little of confusion on the blue container bc it’s a lot of cheese I like not in the list.
Spread the love Hi there! Autumn does strongly recommend that you eat all the servings. It can be challenge especially if you’re like me and would rather than carbs/fruit/veggies over protein but it’s doable. And you’ll get the best results if you follow the plan and eat all the servings!

Double time Bethany Lyn August 21, 2014 - 10:16 am I began my workouts on a Monday, as well as the diet plan. I honestly don't like calling it a "diet" plan because truthfully I was eating more than I was before and much, much healthier. I did also have a Shakeology shake everyday, typically I had mine in the afternoon when I was craving a snack and it definitely curbed my appetite and held me over before dinner.

Sundays are booked for the Yoga fix routine of the program, but despite being relaxing and easy it is still not a complete rest. Thursdays are for the Pilates routine though, and this is yet another form of mini rest.
