I am 53 this year and have lost and gained the same 42lb about ten times. Having done so many diets i am basically confused over what to eat as there seems to be so many different idea’s out there. I feel like this might just help me get my mind back on what to eat and how much of it to eat. I don’t drink alcohol and need to exercise as i know that this is probably the think that lets me down the most.

BBQ Meatloaf Bombs We love to make these when we are entertaining! Guests are usually wowed by the presentation of these, but they have no idea how easy they are to make. On nights when we are rushed for time, I diced the onions and add them into the meatloaf mix.
So, here I go again :-)……… Should I workout before or after my meal and how soon can I go to sleep (being that I work 3rd Shift) after working out. Sorry, I am getting so technical with this but I am so serious about losing this weight.

Cindy October 9th, 2015 I finished the 21 day fix and lost 8 pounds but need to lose more so I’m doing it again. I was wondering if I could do different workouts just for a change in routine. I do the fitness blender workouts on youtube which I think are comparable to hers but a little longer with longer warm up and stretching.
