If you love PiYo I would stick with it for the 60 days, and see where you are at. If you think you want to change it up then, go for it. My bf has dropped almost 15 pounds with PiYo/diet alone in 42 days, so you can lose weight with PiYo for sure.

You could also purchase the Beachbody Core Comfort Mat if you’d like. These mats will be useful anytime you’re working out on the floor and for the Yoga Fix workout as well as a good portion of the Pilates Fix workout.

The download is a little difficult and complex. First one has to download onto a laptop with windows 7 or above per Amazon. Which is sad. I have a laptop and have not used it for years. Had to find it and prayed it had windows 7 or above. Second the instructions or lack thereof direction to install and work is dubious to say the very least. Quick phone chat with beachbody and help from thier reps explaining I did not have to download to laptop is great. With detailed instructions from rep we have success to download on ipads, apple tv, iphone and whatever other device. Note. Apple tv will not provide workout program schedule but ipad will. Note 2. Create an account with beachbody first before you download this BOD from amazon. This will help extensively in linking license. Will be streaming a workout tomm and update.
It doesn’t matter “how much” you eat, but it matters “what” you are eating. Where this diet shines is the flood of whole food choices. Where it fails is idea of portion control.

The only element that may appear like a pyramid scheme is the more people under you, the more you make with BeachBody.
