I would love to lose 50 lbs all together to weigh 150 which I think is reasonable. With the 21-day fix, I hope to kick start my weight loss, and hopefully lose a few pounds and inches. I have been going to the gym 3-4 days a week since December but have seen little results. I am challenging myself to do the program all the way through and probably more than once. When i went to confirm my billing information the site timed out and went back to my login page, i figured i goofed up, re-entered my billing information and got a confirmation.

Everyone needs to start somewhere. For most, Beachbody sent them in the direction of the original Power 90. Friends, Romans, Countrymen…I implore you to not take them up on that advice! Power 90 had Commodore 64 level production values back when it was created and thankfully Tony Horton is creating a revamped remake which is coming in the Fall of 2014 ( oh…I’ll be there baby! ). Until then options are mainly limited to modifying more difficult programs which is fine, but can scare first timers.

I am therefore livid at finding out today, that since first calling Beachbody in February 2016 to cancel my subscription (within my 30 day trial period), despite being given confirmation that this had been done, Beachbody have continued to charge my card SEVEN times, without my authorisation. For example: I am a 28 year old, 5’1″, 172lb female with no physical activity. Based on the Mayo clinic’s calculator, my recommended caloric intake is 1550 – what you would call starvation. It isn’t unless I am engaging in moderate-heavy physical activity on a regular basis would it be healthy for me to intake over 2000 calories. And I’m not running any marathons right now…

Autumn has each move timed instead of merely doing a certain number of reps. And it’s crunches baby. Now you might ask what’s the difference between this and any other workout…a crunch is a crunch right? Let’s take P90X Ab Ripper as an example. Many moves are somewhat complex and hard for a complete nube. X2 is even worse for complexity and X3 I found to be not that difficult. This workout manages to make the moves attainable by someone of below average fitness and yet it can still pulverize someone who does Asylum on a regular basis.
So now that you’ve tried all the workouts from this week, don’t forget your self-care. Do the Roll & Release or Stretch & Release workouts, get a massage, or whatever you have to do to prepare for next week.

Hi Jessica – if you’re finding it difficult to finish all your portions, just eat as much as you can to feel satisfied and don’t worry about eating every last container. Sometimes when we start eating healthy foods, it is harder to get all the calories in because they’re more filling. Just shoot for eating all of your veggies and fruit, then protein – leaving out the carbs, fat, or dairy. And make sure to switch out what you miss each day, so you’re keeping your body guessing.
