I am very interested in Beachbody On Demand but the only thing I don’t like is you can’t download the workout to your device so you can access it without wifi or draining your data. But the great thing about beachbody on demand is that you can bring with you anywhere. Many people that go to the gym have trouble with knowing what to do. Cutting sugar, white flour, and salt would be better than cutting whole grain carbs. I eat a lot of casseroles/crock pot meals and soups. I use canned creamed soup for sauces. How would you portion something like that where the food groups are all mixed together? Or are you not able to eat these kinds of things? Also, I have back issues and bad knees where I am very limited when it comes to exercise. I am worried about being able to do the program videos.

Sometimes we have to break out those bands but for better or worse I was able to modify. Expect to develop rather impressive power-packs and a cure for those long days of sitting at the office. I also noticed some increased durability on my lower back which was very welcome. The old thing has seen better days.
Hello! I am going to be going on vacation soon, and I figured I would do the 3 day quick fix + the remaining week do the program. When I return from vacation I will begin the 21 day fix, but I have some questions. I weigh the same as I did last year, but I have lost muscle and I don’t like it and I lost motivation to workout but I’m hoping this program gets me back into the swing of things because I LOVE the workouts! Getting Started 15 June, 2018 I’m a recent graduate of a home workout program called 80 Day Obsession. It releases to the public JAN 15th, 2018 – and I’ve been doing it since AUG 2017. I did one complete round – to the “TEE” – absolutely no cheats, no derailments. I breastfed the entire time. I added 500 calories to my meal plan as the test group nutritionist recommended. And I fell in love. I started out the plan eating in PLAN C – and you will see with the start of Phase 2 – I bumped up to PLAN D. When I started the program, I was a little past 6 months post partum. When I graduated the program – I was 9 months post partum.
