I have done two things- you can simply use those containers as a measuring device as sorts, meaning, you measure out say 2 servings of fruit, then dump them into your own tupperware. That’s easier instead of measuring one, then waiting until after you eat that serving to measure the next. Planning is very important when it comes to nutrition and fitness, so preparing and planning ahead of time makes a big difference. Alternatively, you can use the containers to create a DIY “container” of sorts- simply measure whatever it is, then dump that into another container, drawing a line to mark where it comes up to. Then you have a second container with the right amount. This is, in my opinion, a little “riskier” than the first method, and can possibly lead to inaccuracies, but it’s an alternative that works for some people.
