Maybe something like 21 Day Fix – just because the modifications in 80 Day Obsession aren’t necessarily easier or better if you haven’t worked out in a while. Or you could try 80 Day Obsession (like if you already have their on demand service) and see how you feel after the first week? Maybe just not using weights at first?

We kick the workout off with a fairly easy warm-up. So much so I was kind of laughing. Believe me, I wasn’t laughing long. Autumn has you grabbing some weight which can take any simple move and amplify the intensity accordingly. As such, this was as hard as a T25 workout if not more so.

I spent 6 weeks in a boot, did physical therapy 2 times per week. It wasn’t healed. 5 weeks in a hard cast seemed to help, but it is still weak. I had cervical fusion in 2002, have a herniated disc in lower back, and fibromyalgia to boot. Will these workouts adapt for all of these issues? I’ve done WW and JC, but there were no long term results for all of the expense. This is also a lot of money for something that I might not be physically able to do. Are there sample videos available?
