After doing this for 2 weeks I've decided to go back to another Beachbody program... 80DO just isn't challenging enough and IMHO the workouts are boring.. I really wanted to like this, but after spend...ing almost an hour working out and not even working up a sweat or being sore the next day I feel like this is a waste of time... The only video I feel really worked me out is the cardio.. Maybe this is better for beginners, but definitely not challenging enough for me (I'm in ok shape, not top notch at all though).. Also the strength sliders are a pain in the a** if you work out on carpet.. See More

Hey! I definitely think you should consider bumping up to B or even C for the remainder of the program. I think your body is sending you a message that you need more food. If you want those gains – then eat up! For reference, Autumn eats out of Plan C.

Hold a dumbbell in each hand at chest level. Push the weights straight up, and slowly lower back down. Start with light weights, doing 16-20 reps until you perfect your form. Go heavier slowly, so you can't do more than 8-12 reps. Aim for three sets, resting 30-90 seconds between sets.

Elizabeth Marcisz Since I decided to buy the program, I am so happy with my results. I have lost 30 pounds in a few months just by practicing portion control and sticking to the workouts. Like anything, you have to stick to it to see results. My mood has improved, as well as my skin and hair. I have fixed my bad habits. I stopped choosing cheap bad food. BeachBody provided so much information I had no idea about.
It’s probably more of collectors item rather than an actual tool to scan yourself in. so that’s why it’s important to find your place of comfort where you know you’ll be motivated to get in shape.

I would go to the 21day fix web site and ask this question. I kinda was wondering the same thing. You could remake your DVD program OR if that’s too expensive have your editor remove ALL the YAs. Once you have a product YA free, issue a recall. Replace with NO extra charges (that includes postage) to your dedicated and frustrated customers.

If you are a person that wants to keep close to a prescribed routine (exercise and diet included) then this is as good as it gets. Quite frankly, someone like myself would go more for the “keep an eye on healthy foods and clean eating” instead of “follow this to the letter” approach, but it works for many people to keep them of the drawing board by offering detailed instruction. This takes a lot out of the effort.
