When I told him that their website said otherwise, he said that was only for the full year program not to the monthly installments. He said by clicking accept on the trial form, I agreed to the monthly $95, which I do not recall reading anything about and now I am out $200, I have 2 bottles of pills that I can do nothing with, and that is that. I don’t even know how this is legal. Also, the packages show up with nothing but a bottle of pills in a plastic envelope, no packing slip, no account number, no phone number, nothing. I’m extremely pissed off!

I feel it’s accurate with how many steps I take and now that I know how to earn active minutes, it’s been easier for me to get them. I play a lot of basketball and that is a fairly simple way for me to get the active minutes because that activity requires a lot of running around. Regarding the notifications, occasionally I’ve found that my Alta won’t tell me when I have a text message or phone call, even when my phone is right next to me. When I first asked my techie husband about it, his first question was “Well, did you restart your phone?”. So I restarted my phone which has my Fitbit app on it and what do you know, the notifications were working again! Typically, that seems to solve the problem since electronics need an occasional reboot to work correctly again. If you ever have this problem, I’d suggest restarting your phone or tablet to see if that fixes it. I still feel the Alta is worth every penny I spent and recommend purchasing one if you want to lead a more active lifestyle!

I would highly recommend diet bet, keeping in my mind the one I did I had a bit of excess weight to lose, so I think some of the weight fell off easily once I changed some habits. But the biggest thing for me was the incredibly supportive people who were constantly commenting words of encouragement who were sharing the diet bet with me. I would also suggest that for the first time do a very big diet bet, by this I mean one that attracts a large number of people (the one I did had over 7000 people), so I think it gives a more realistic reflection on weight loss, you can see that some people find it difficult (and encourage them) you can see that some people are having success (and congratulate them), so it makes you feel comfortable. Anyway I was disappointed when it all ended because it was incredibly motivating 🙂

Data Policy Paleo 300 Beachbody Consumer Reviews and Complaints I wanted to get active and Beachbody was easy for me to do it at home. I got the 21 Day Fix which came with containers so I can portion control what I was eating, and the shake, and some DVDs that I could do the workout. And then I decided to get the 80 Day Obsession which came with some bands and sliders to do the workout, and that’s streaming away. I did INSANITY six years ago and I really liked the instructor and I didn’t really think about looking for more. I liked it, so I just decided to go look on the website again and see what they had that was new. I didn’t even search anywhere else. My online purchasing experiences were great and easy, and their products were easy to use. However, the sliders don’t work as well as I would like them to, but I don’t know if it’s like me not being used to it or just the sliders itself not being great. Nonetheless, I was very satisfied with the result.
