I was thinking of purchasing extra sets. My husband & I both are gonna do this together. I have a lot of weight to loose & thought this miht be a better option to get the food lined up ahead of time. At some point around 5th grade when we started playing official team sports, I simply decided that I wasn’t strong, athletic, coordinated, or good at that stuff, so I put limits on myself by accepting my story! I did band, jazz band, and scholastic bowl as my extra-curricular activities. The other kids saw me as the “good student” or teacher’s pet, and that was the label I was comfortable with, because I knew what to do to make my parents and teachers happy. I felt like a success!

Job Boards MEAL PREP TIP: Have you guys seen Autumn’s video on meal-prepping her Shakeology? She creates “smoothie bags” that she fills with fruits and veggies and keeps in her freezer so she doesn’t have to wash or chop on busy days. It’s pretty genius! You can do the same thing; just make sure the containers work for your plan. Fill your freezer bags with whatever you’d normally put in your Shakeology and freeze!
Regarding to your comments about diabetics. Efficient. The 21 Day Fix is effective yet shorter than most weight loss and toning programs. Most people can commit to 30 minutes of daily exercise for three weeks.

If you find that 1 morning snack it’s not enough and it feels like a long time to wait for your lunch, add an extra morning snack. If dinner seems like a long way off, add an extra afternoon snack.

I’d like to lose 5-10 lbs. and would just like to get more toned and fit. From what I’ve been reading, it sounds like the combination of diet and the workouts would be a great jumpstart, but would love to hear your thoughts as I have to really watch my fruit and carb intake.
