Hi savanna. Perhaps the most intimidating factor of the 80 Day Obsession is the meal plan. If you are familiar with the 21 Day Fix you will have a head start. Autumn still makes use of the color coded containers for the nutrition portion of the 80 Day Obsession.
Beachbody on Demand Pros I’ve ordered the program and hadn’t received it yet. I stumbled upon your site and have found it quit helpful.. My ? is that of the fruits and veggies on the list is frozen fruit with no added sugar and canned veggies with no salt acceptable? I know fresh is always best choice but some items are seasonal.

The 80 Day Obsession workouts are 30–60 minutes in length, with most averaging 45–60 minutes. You’ll work out 6 days a week, with one rest day (Sunday). Because of this schedule, the 80 workouts are spread over 13 weeks. Rest days are not counted as part of the 80 days.

The main difference with  the 21 day fix vs other workout programs is that you learn how to eat healthy, developing lifelong habits and knowledge about  a well-balanced diet based on the right percentage of carbs, protein and fat.
It’s a 5 day course to help those wanting to start this workout, build their body up for the real thing. So I would recommend starting there first. Time: ~60 minutes

    There is a big difference in terms of where do these calories come from. Calories coming from healthy fats are not the same as calories coming from saturated fats. Same goes for protein and carbs, complex or simple ones.
    Tasty meals play an important role in keeping you motivated and giving you the energy to start each new day with a positive attitude.
