When one of my discs broke I called customer service and they were very helpful. They sent my new disc right away without any questions asked….and when this was the wrong replacement disc, they fixed the error and told me to keep the mistaken disc to incorporate into my exercise plan if I liked. The work outs are tough! But there are always modifications you an do…we know our bodies, if it hurts stop. People really need to exercise some common sense when it comes to diet and exercise. Is Beach Body for everyone?? Definitely not. Does it work??? If you put the effort in and eat sensibly, yes. Do you need the shakes?? Probably not, but its a matter of choice. I have made several changes to my shakelology order, including stopping it for a while and have not had any difficulty with this. I think if you approach something negatively you will have a negative experience, try being positive, including when you have concerns and you may have a different experience. Just my opinion.

My daughter is my Beachbody coach. I’m into it because I’m over 50 now and because of my knees and my lower back. There was a point when I could hardly walk. I was able to walk when I started those exercises, but if I sit too long I had to wait a few minutes then I can walk. You can’t sit down. You gotta get moving. Stretching is good. And all those exercises, the 21-Day modified helped me a lot, including with my asthma.

Every day you’re doing something different — from weights to cardio to pilates and Autumn is really inspiring and motiving. The workouts are only 30 minutes so the time goes by quickly. I was always sweaty afterwards and found myself sore the next day as well. That’s one big difference between the 21 Day Fix and T25. Hi Kim, the workouts can be modified for any fitness level. There is one person doing heavily modified versions of each exercise for the beginner and then there is someone doing advanced moves. Stanobebe My sister-in-law introduced me to Beachbody. With them, I could lose weight, get in shape and be healthier. I had looked into some other options, but with Beachbody, I like the convenience that I could do the program at home and I could stream it anywhere I was. I also had a great experience purchasing from them as it was easy. I ordered CDs from the T25 and I liked that program. It was only 25 minutes and since I’ve got two kids and I work full-time, time’s always an essence and it helped. Once I’ve finished the T25, I did Beachbody on Demand so that I could have the whole library. And so far, I’m enjoying it. The challenge groups were fun and this was something that wasn’t in any of the other groups that I looked at. I’ve also recommended Beachbody to my neighbor and she seems pretty pleased with it too.
-What about food? Am I eating healthy enough- and this doesn’t need to be rocket science- they give you a diet guide along with the workout, so if you are not following it closely, you just need to ask yourself- how close am I getting to the principles of healthy eating described in this guide?

No other information came with it like equivalents to containers when eating out or how to measure things that don’t fit into the containers or what to avoid with snacking? MARTIAL ARTS Hi Bethany. I am very interested in trying the 21 day fix. I was reading another article that showed you how to calculate how many calories you should eat a day. I was surprised at how many calories this program said I should consume. I know that it is way too many and I will be stuffed. I am also concerned that I will actually gain weight because the amount is so much and more than I normally eat. Do you know if I choose to follow a lower intake of calories will the 21 day fix still work for me?
Give it a chance, nothing permanent happens in 3 days:). If you continue, you will most definitely be beach ready by summer!! The fact you lost inches in 3 days is huge!!!
