Hi Mary — The 21 Day Fix is definitely easier on your knees than other at home workout programs like Insanity and p90x (also from Beachbody) but I feel like the cardio and leg workouts will still probably be hard on your knees because there are a lot of squats and lunges. I go back and forth daily on whether to become a coach or not. Beachbody has really helped me reach my fitness goals. I currently have Beachbody On Demand so I have access to all the programs. P90x2 helped me lose 30lb and I honestly didn’t sacrifice eating habits to do it because it kicked my metabolism up so high. If I had a more strict diet, I would be more fit. I’m in the process of doing a combo of p90x3 and Piyo and so far, great results and I love the workouts.

Hey! Sorry for the late response, hopefully you’ve figured it out. There are plenty of examples in the meal plan. As long as you eat your workout block meals at the right time, and eat all your other meals every 2-3hrs you’ll be good to go. There are a few timing examples in the 80DO guide!
Before I asked for anyones money I checked on the Summit Ticket Transfer page if my ticket was able to be transferred, it was. Nothing said that the January ticket could not be transferred. I have a screen shot from April 4th showing just that. I checked tonight and they have updated their website to say that the January ticket cannot be transferred.

Right now I’m on day 3 of the new 80 Day Obsession program from Autumn, this program is aimed at keeping/creating curves and toning, this one might be worth taking a look at. Not going to spend that. I did try the Vega Sugar Free Energizer (which I think is similar to Beachbody’s pre-workout) and I do like it. I also have the Vega hydrate.
