Anyway, my question is, do you have to eat ALL of the servings? You said, “I was in the 1,200-1,499 calorie range and was supposed to eat 3 servings of veggies, 2 servings of fruit, 4 servings of protein, 2 servings of carbs, 1 serving of healthy fats, 1 serving of seeds/dressing and 2 teaspoons of oil/nut butter per day.” Would it hurt not to eat some of those servings?

1. Food allergies. A huge part of Beachbody lovers tout Shakeology. And once upon a time, I did too! Until I started getting sick almost every time I drank it. You see, Beachbody tells you that Shakeology is gluten-free, but what most people don’t know is it’s not manufactured in a gluten-free plant and Beachbody does not feel confident in certifying their products gluten-free. They talk about it here on their website. For me, this was a large deal breaker — either be certified gluten-free or not at all. The halfway seems a bit half-assed — for lack of a better term — if you ask me.

However, keep in mind that you only have access to these workouts for as long as you are Beachbody on Demand member. Once you cancel, you will no longer have access to what you have Digitally Unlocked. However, if you cancel and then sign up again for BOD later, with the same email, you will have access to anything you have unlocked.
I do enjoy the DVDs I have slim in 6 that I purchased through the company horrible customer service they over charged me then charged me for the website use which was supposed to be 6 months free. So when my husband wanted P90X for christmas I bought it through Ebay. Great products bad company.

My main concern is that in our family of 7 (my husband and I, and our kids ages 12-3), is it realistic to do this? I’m not so concerned with watching the portions so closely for my kids who are super active, but what kind of family friendly recipes are there that my kids would like to eat? We don’t do a whole lot of processed foods, besides crackers (pb and crackers, cheese and crackers are big snack items for us). I don’t want to have to make separate meals for me, and my family.

I usually make some sort of chicken/turkey dish that will last me the work week and take some daily. For instance this week I made a turkey chili.
