Finding motivation to lose weight can be very challenging. This motivation can be even more difficult during holidays, family dinners or a night out on the town with friends or coworkers. I really hope they start opening Maintainer games within the next couple of months. I can see that as a great motivator to not regain. Ideally there would be weekly weigh-ins for those so it would be hard for those first few pounds you gain back to go unnoticed/unfought.
