Once your weight is verified your now on your way to playing in the challenge and losing some weight. You can do as you choose to lose the weight. For your own reference you can weigh in as often as you like throughout the game but dietbet only need your final weigh in at the end of the game. The game has a feed that members can post questions, pictures, things they are proud of, recipes and anything they want to really, it is a great way to stay connected to the other players and always great to find support and motivation, sometimes just knowing we are not alone can help us get through the day. I always start of giving people the chance to share a little about their journey if they choose to (no pressure). I also offer prizes through the game, usually 1-2 a week, some are products that companies have donated and some are things I buy myself. Examples of prizes are water bottles, kodiak cakes mixes, flatout bread, starbuck gift cards, weight watchers magazine subscription, yumbox lunch container to name a few. Sometimes I need to restrict a few prizes to U.S players simply because it is a prize that the company is donating and they are based in the U.S and are taking care of the shipping, shipping outside of the U.S can get pricey! Winners are always selected by random draw to make it fair. Prizes always make it a little more fun because who doesn’t like winning things! 😉 The cash prizes are open to anyone regardless of if you hit your goal weight or not.

I agree with all the other posters. The upper limits are too low, even for a weight loss of 2 lbs per week, which is considered safe. Plus, with the other games, you have to lose at least 4% in a month, so even 24% would be too low.
