seema31 Oct 2012 I lost 25 pounds on the Curves weight loss system, along with their exercise of 1/2 hour a day , 3 days a week. The best part of this is you are eating REAL food……..therefore after the 6 week program………you do not have to wonder how or what to eat!!!!
